Dr. Kesting earned his medical degree at the University of Washington School of Medicine and completed both an internship and residency in neurology at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington.
He served as a neurologist in the U.S Army at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center in Germany, before returning to the Pacific Northwest and joining Olympia Neurology in 2000.
He is a member of the American Academy of Neurology and earned board certification in neurology in 1997.
He is married with three children. He enjoys the outdoors opportunities of this region with regular hiking skiing and mountain climbing.
Zhongzeng Li M.D, PhD
Dr. Li attended Qingdao University Medical College and later earned a Ph.D. in physiology and neurosciences at the University of South Florida. He completed his neurology residency training at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC).
He also completed one-year fellowship training in clinical neurophysiology (EEG, EMG, Nerve Conduction Study) at MUSC before joining Olympia Neurology in 2006.
Dr. Li is board certified in electrodiagnostic medicine and neurology and is a member of the American Academy of Neurology and the American Association of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine.
Dr Li practices general neurology with special interest in neuromuscular disorders including Nerve Conduction Studies (NCS) and Electromyography (EMG).
He has published research studies in the following scientific journals:
Epilepsy and Behavior, Pediatric Neurology, the
Journal of Neurophysiology, and
Photochemistry & Photobiology.
M. Irina Ramneantu M.D
Dr. Ramneantu attended medical school at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Carol Davilla in Bucharest, Romania. She completed her residency in neurology at Northwest University and a fellowship in neuromuscular disease and electrodiagnostic
medicine at Washington University in St. Louis. She joined Olympia Neurology in 2009.
She is board certified in neurology, clinical neurophysiology, and electrodiagnostic medicine and is a member of the American Academy of Neurology and the American Association of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine.
She has been published in
Muscle & Nerve, Neurology, and the
Journal of Neurology, Neurosurgery, and Psychiatry. Dr. Ramneantu practiced previously at San Juan Regional Hospital in Farmington, New Mexico.
Crystal Wilmot, MSN, FNP-C
Olympia Neurology is excited to welcome Nurse Practitioner Crystal Wilmot to our practice. Crystal first earned her BA in Biochemistry from Hamilton College in New York, and then went on to receive both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in
Nursing from Regis College in Massachusetts, where she also earned her Nurse practitioner Certification in 2013.
Crystal is certified with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and specializes in Neurology.
After graduating from Regis College, she started working for a neurology practice outside of Boston, Massachusetts until moving to the great state of Washington where she recently joined us in August of 2016.
Prior to her career in nursing, Crystal worked as a research assistant for a biotechnology company in Massachusetts where she helped develop purification methods for drug products.
Crystal and her husband enjoy traveling, spending time in the outdoors, and caring for their newly adopted dog, Lilo.
Crystal also has a passion for basketball and participated on the Hamilton College basketball team during her freshman and sophomore years.
